Information Systems Security Engineer, Lead

Key Role:

Design, develop and recommend integrated security system solutions to ensure proprietary, confidential data and systems are protected. Provide technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Interface with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs. Configure and validate secure complex systems, including tests security products and systems to detect security weakness. Provide work leadership to junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience as a security engineer

-Experience with system security design processes, defense-in-depth, engineering life cycle, information domains, principles of confidentiality, including integrity, availability, non-repudiation, and access control, and security testing

-Experience as an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) on programs

-Experience with validation and verification of system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishing system security designs

-Experience with designing, developing, implementing, and integrating IA and security systems and system components, including networking, computing, and enclave environments, such multiple enclaves and with differing data protection or classification requirements

-Experience with certification and accreditation documentation, including providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content

-Ability to travel up to 20% primarily to Coca Beach FL

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

-8570 IAM level III Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working within the intelligence community (IC)

-Experience with contributing to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, including certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations

-Experience with SIEM technologies, Splunk, antivirus, endpoint protection, Cross Domain Solutions, Identity Management, and Microsoft Security Services

-MA or MS degree
