Information Systems Security Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Support data science prototype development for potential transition to the enterprise by providing security consulting during design and throughout the development process to ensure adherence to security policies. Scan prototypes, review results, create Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and assign to the project team. Report to the systems security lead and detailed reporting to the client support lead. 


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with system security design processes, defense-in-depth, engineering life cycle, information domains, principles of confidentiality, including integrity, availability, non-repudiation, and access control, and security testing

-Experience with validation and verification of system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishing system security designs

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 12+ years of experience in systems security engineering or MA or MS degree and 10+ years of experience in systems security engineering


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
