Instructional Developer, Lead

Key Role:

Design and develop structured courseware and instructional aids required to facilitate effective training for the client. Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Conduct research and consult with technical subject matter experts, client representatives, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and firm resources in the design and development of new curriculum. Coordinate the review and assessment of the current curriculum to ensure that the course and program are meeting intended objectives and requirements. Exhibit excellent teamwork skills by collaborating with government, and contract personnel. This position is located at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in developing training and education product development in the institutional domain

-Experience in developing Army training and education products and processes in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and associated TRADOC Pamphlets

-Experience in using the Army’s Training Development Capability (TDC) to create and modify training and education documents, including establishing, and meeting development milestones

-Experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) process that supports institutional training, structured self-development and distributed learning

-Ability to provide training and education development (TED) product services to bring designated Lesson Plans (LP) and Programs of Instruction (POI) to standards outlined in TRADOC Regulation 350-70, Army learning policy and systems, the 350-70 TRADOC pamphlet series, and the Army learning concept 2018

-Ability to apply comprehension of instructional technologies, strategies, and models to design, and develop new critical task lists, including Training Support Packages (TSPs), LPs, evaluation instruments, and related instructional media and materials

-Ability to document all products in the Training Development Capability (TDC) course resource Model Instructor Resource Model (TDC-CRM/IRM), including maintaining records and files of work and revisions

-Ability to develop and present oral and written briefings on complex subjects

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-BA or BS degree, preferred
