Instructional System Design Consultant

Key Role:

Serve in an internship program geared towards students with diverse backgrounds and are equipped to solve the complex and multi-dimensional problems that Booz Allen Hamilton consultants face every day. Work with a team of training integrators and developers to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training solutions for a government client using instructional system design methodologies. Design instructions per instructional principals, client objectives, and program objectives. Develop high-quality instructional content, including Web-based training or e-learning, videos, job aids, quick reference materials, and exercises.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with applying instructional system design practices

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing computer-based training

-Experience with developing in a Learning Management System, including Blackboard preferred

-Knowledge of Articulate Storyline

-MA or MS degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology
