Instructional Systems Designer and Trainer, Mid

Key Role:

Seeking an instructional designer to support for initial, specialized, technical, and administrative training for applications and systems developed to support activities associated with intelligence, processing, exploitation and dissemination. Help staff effectively train, use, and manage systems and applications that are developed. Develop, maintain, and periodically publish training plans, schedules, and other procedural documents, as required. Work with others to ensure classroom administrative functions are completed, ensure methods to capture feedback and adjust instructional materials to support specified class formats, duration, and content, as needed. Maintain responsibility of an internal evaluator development training program to ensure evaluation training is established and within specified requirements. Provide user training and system management training for the systems and applications developed, including document training plan and instructional materials.


Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience with learning theory and instructional technologies

-Experience with instructional design methodology and adult learning theories

-Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, as its apply to DoD activities

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with eLearning technologies

-Instructional Design Certification, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Kirkpatrick Four Levels Certification

-Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer or military instructor Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
