Integrated Air and Missile Defense Analyst

Key Role:
Assess US, allied, and partner nation Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) capabilities against current and future air and missile threats. Analyze the development of IAMD products, including defense designs, concepts of operations (CONOPS), risk-to-mission analysis, and adversary air and missile threat assessments. Serve as a member of Joint and Combined Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and apply expertise in IAMD subject matter and recommendations to support USEUCOM crisis action planning, current and future operations, and deliberate planning efforts. Analyze and coordinate orders, instructions, and directives regarding IAMD to support USEUCOM plans, operations, actions, and activities. Analyze the preparation of executive-level briefings, presentations, reports, assessments, information papers, and correspondence related to US, allied, and partner nation IAMD plans, operations, actions, and activities.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with IAMD plans and operations or supporting F15 pilot air and missile defense plans and operations at the strategic, theater, or tactical level 
-5+ years of experience with IAMD in upper-tier or lower-tier air and missile defense systems or IAMD or ballistic missile defense (BMD) command and control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) systems
-Experience with missile defense systems
-Experience with Joint or Combined operational planning with the Joint Staff or a US Combatant Command
-Experience with developing strategic or theater-level IAMD defense designs, CONOPS, and threat assessments, including gathering data, conducting analysis, and writing technical assessments and reports
-Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with space, sea, air, or land-based air and missile warning sensors
-Experience with working at a military headquarters staff and military staffing procedures
-Knowledge of Joint and Combined operational planning processes, US and foreign air and missile defense systems, integrated air and missile defense operations, and space-based IAMD capabilities
-MA or MS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
