Integrated Master Scheduler

Key Role:

Serve as the lead to build, update, and distribute the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and product roadmap for 40+ mobile medical application products. Analyze how all program elements integrate and how an effective program plan would accomplish multiple mobile medical applications’ Agile software development phases from requirements gathering to development, release management, and production. Pull from various sources of information into a Microsoft Project file and ascertain and document intra- and inter-project dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule variances. Analyze the development and maintenance of a Web-accessible mobile medical app program roadmap on a government-provided repository that consists of three parts: current state of program, near-term state of program, and future state of program.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience as a project planner or scheduler

-5+ years of experience with using Microsoft Project and Web-based program road mapping tools, including selecting, setting up, and maintaining the road map tool

-Ability to operate independently, with limited guidance to complete complex programmatic schedules and roadmaps

-Ability to be a team player and collaborator and operate with virtual teams

-Ability to lead meetings, prioritize and resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and manage tight deadlines

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with VA or federal health environments or government consulting

-Experience with clinical and administrative workflows in veterans' health

-Ability to manage and negotiate solutions among multiple stakeholders with different priorities, perspectives, and engagement styles

-Ability to communicate effectively with project leadership, clients, developers, and subject matter experts

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent follow-up skills

-Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills

-BA or BS degree in CS, Systems, Business, or a related scientific or technical field preferred
