Integrated Master Scheduler

Key Role:

Support project management and execution on a large systems implementation program. Perform a variety of tasks with the project team, including project scheduling and planning, performance evaluation, and risk and critical path analysis. Develop schedules and analyses for a branch of a large defense acquisition program. Collect input from a variety of sources, prepare and coordinate deliverables, conduct analysis, communicate findings to the project team and decision makers, and complete other scheduling and planning tasks, as assigned. Interface with the client or internal program management personnel on a daily basis and work within a multi–stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with project management, controls, and analysis

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel

-Experience with quantitative analysis, including financial and schedule analysis

-Ability to acquire new expertise quickly and adapt to changing environments

-Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation and deal with ambiguous and fast–paced situations

-Ability to multi–task and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and IT tools

-Ability to manage client and team relationships

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the US Navy, including major and complex IT or weapons systems

-Experience with Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic macros

-Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government, including defense acquisition programs a plus

-Experience with performing or supporting project controls, planning, scheduling, earned value management, budget management, cost estimation, or risk management

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem–solving skills

-CAPM, PMP, or Program Management Certifications a plus
