Integrated Plans Project Analyst

Key Role:

Provide support to the development, training, coordination, and integration of Space Planning Elements (SPE) with assigned combatant commands. Provide support to the integration of plans’ strategic concepts, designs, methodologies, and instruments of power with other combatant command planning staffs and non-DoD entities to ensure continuity and globally integrated campaigns or plans targeted toward great power competition with potential adversaries. Provide support to US SPACECOM and other combatant command directorates to coordinate analytical studies and capability assessments to incorporate existing and emerging capabilities and technologies into plans.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with space or joint space operations

-Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level

-Ability to brief and interact with senior level officers, including GO or Flag and senior civilians

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing and writing joint services and combined plans

-Experience with executing planning processes based on defense guidance and joint services organization policies, directives, and procedures

-Experience with developing plans that are responsive to doctrine and war fighting capabilities

-Experience with a MAJCOM, HHQ, Joint Staff, or OSD staff preferred

-Experience with space planning at the operational or theater level, including combatant command, joint, or combined task force preferred

-Ability to develop assumptions upon which the planning process is constrained

-Completion of JPME I preferred
