Integrated Scheduler

Key Role:
Provide program management expertise and support to Air Force nuclear sustainment and acquisition programs and systems. Develop and update a master schedule and ensure complex program schedules are meeting multiple program schedule timelines and milestones. Identify surge needs to prevent schedule delays, coordinate with the program management team, as applicable, and coordinate with other engineering team members and program management members inside and outside the organization to identify and solve scheduling conflicts. Exhibit problem solving and oral and written communication expertise and build and develop presentations illustrating project schedule tracking in conjunction with program team and partners. Work in a surge environment while meeting required deadlines. Apply critical and analytical problem solving expertise while engaging a wide range of stakeholders ranging from nuclear novices to subject matter experts. Write various program papers and PowerPoint briefings, quickly delivering a high quality product to the client.
 

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with defense systems or equivalent
-Experience as a lead scheduler
-Experience with writing program papers in support of a mission
-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Kidasa Milestones, and Microsoft Project
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with DoD and Air Force nuclear certification governance, including DoD 3150.02 and AFI 63–125
-Experience with nuclear enterprise on one or multiple nuclear weapons systems, operations, or maintenance
-Experience with project management in a DoD or DoE environment
-Experience with business process analysis and development
-Knowledge of risk management principles
-Ability to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team environment
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent time management and analytical skills
 

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
