Integration Management Lead

Key Role:

Work with design and development of complex voice, data, and multi-media communications network solutions. Manage the expert knowledge of voice and data transport facilities, protocols, operating systems, and standards and regulations for public and private data networks and the projected usage and required capacities based on analysis of existing and emerging products and services. Oversee the locating, evaluating, and specifying of products, services, and vendors. Work with vendors to evaluate new products and resolve equipment design problems. Direct the preparation of reports as necessary to inform, and advise senior technical staff and management, and provide innovative solutions to complex functional problems that impact function's success. Lead tasks, including planning, execution, staff oversight, and status reporting for significant initiatives. Bring industry-level expertise to function, and recommend changes to remain up-to-date or competitive, and supervise activities of junior employees.  


Basic Qualifications:

-20 years of experience with integration management related work, with at least 10 years of those directly involved in the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD)

-Experience with help desk, including configuration control, asset management, and incident recovery

-Experience with IT infrastructure and network management, technology refresh management, test event Certification (TEC) and Certification data package development and network design solutions, including Hardware in the loop (HWIL) assets

-Secret clearance

-PhD

-IASAE II level qualifying Certification IAW DoD Directive 8140.01- CASP CE (COMPTIA), CISSP (ISC2), or CSSLP (ISC2)


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in leading a multi-function technical team

-Experience with the U.S government agency, particularly in support of a research environment, preferred

-Experience with communicating technical solutions and issues to senior executives -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
