Intelligence Analyst and Planner

Key Role:

Serve as an intelligence operations analyst for the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) and the US Army Reserve Command (USARC). Collect and analyze data associated with developing plans, policies, and procedures for executing intelligence Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) training and mission management. Engage with the PED community of interest partners at the Army PED and Joint PED Enterprise levels to ensure FORSCOM PED entities nest within the greater PED efforts. Provide support for designing and implementing the required communications architecture necessary for each PED site, including the associated infrastructure requirements, such as supporting documents, data flow charts, and architectural drawings to support system development, training development, and establishment of PED sites, as required. Provide oversight and guidance for home station PED training, development, and mission management support for engaged and deployed forces and associated intelligence missions. Provide subject matter expertise support to multiple organizations across the force by providing efficient TTPs for deploying intelligence support teams at Echelons Corps and below. 

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with military intelligence operations and training

-Experience with US Army Reserve intelligence forces and structures

-Experience with PED operations and mission planning

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with E-MIB mission and intelligence support operations

-Experience with mission essential task lists (METL) and Critical Task Lists (CTLs)

-Experience in a deployed environment or with supporting engaged or deployed forces

-Experience with PED systems and equipment

-Experience with Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DSGS-A)

-Experience in working with intelligence and operations staffs at Division or above

-Knowledge of the PED Enterprise Converged Infrastructure (CI), Multi-Analysis Archive System (MASS), and associated PED mission software

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
