Intelligence and Information Sharing Workstream Lead

Key Role:
Support the planning and implementation of information sharing policies, processes, and protocols within an international counter threat coalition environment. Help the client identify, analyze, assess, and coordinate activities to counter threats and violent extremism proactively on a global scale. Interface with senior management and executive leadership regularly. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Support client interests regarding information sharing and counter threat analysis. Prepare whitepapers and briefings, as necessary and develop analytic insights to influence client decision-making. Demonstrate creativity and clarity in thinking and writing and maintain a professional presence, including briefing and oral communication expertise.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in the US military or US intelligence community (IC)
-7+ years of experience with the technologies, tools, and platforms supporting intelligence analysis programs, including open source information gathering and data collection
-7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, including the intelligence lifecycle and analytic tradecraft
-7+ years of experience with working in defense diplomacy and security cooperation
-Experience with establishing coalition information and intelligence sharing relationships, agreements, and programs
-Experience with managing and coordinating complex research projects
-Ability to demonstrate rigor, professionalism, and resourcefulness in conducting research

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with operating in the Middle East, including expertise in MENA regional issues and challenges, such as political, business economic, security, and social
-Experience with applying country or regional subject matter expertise
-Experience with technical writing, including policies, procedures, and protocols
-Knowledge of US military or US intelligence organization and functions
-Knowledge of risk management and assessment processes
-Ability to support multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to be a collaborative, highly motivated team player
-Ability to work with senior partners and executive-level clients to foster positive relationships
-Ability to comprehend, collate, and explain complex information to a variety of audiences
-Ability to be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset
-Ability to juggle frequent priority change and remain productive and effective
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in a related field
