Intelligence Assessments Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Conceptualize and draft analytic assessments appropriate for senior intelligence officers across collection, analysis, and intelligence operations priorities. Research and collect data to assess IC agencies' methods to evaluate their performance in addressing intelligence priorities and develop recommendations to assist agencies with their efforts to improve their evaluation techniques. Develop methods to assess the IC's performance on collection and analysis against intelligence priorities. Apply advanced methodologies, tools, and approaches to analyze complex intelligence issues and incorporate insights and findings into a broad range of tactical and strategic assessments. Build and apply strategies to assess how IC collection and analytic products are aligned to intelligence needs and questions. Build and apply strategies to assess the IC's responsiveness to requirements and intelligence priority changes, assess the IC's reliance on various types of intelligence reporting, and assess the use and value of the IC's collection reporting and analytic products. Collaborate with mission partners to share best practices on program evaluations and provide assessments of the IC's products and efforts to fill national intelligence gaps.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with assessing intelligence performance
-5+ years of experience with drafting all-source finished intelligence analysis for senior stakeholders
-3+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community
-Experience with conceptualizing information and assessing complex qualitative and quantitative information
-Experience with delineating judgments and the base of evidence in clear, concise, and analytic written products
-Experience with supporting senior officials within a headquarters staff environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to work effectively in analytic teams and manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with regional or functional topics
-Experience with applying quantitative analytic methods in the conceptualization and drafting of evaluations on enterprise-wide issues

-Experience with survey techniques and experience in designing and running surveys
-Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

-Ability to generate reports, charts, and plots of distributions and trends, descriptive statistics, and complex statistical analyses

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
