Intelligence Collection Manager

Key Role:
Support a Marine Corps client's collection management and dissemination under limited supervision. Use the intelligence collection process and inter-office communications between the United States intelligence community (IC), organic collections teams, and multiple supported military headquarters' intelligence centers. Analyze the creation of an intelligence collections strategy, including intelligence indicators, submit collection requirements to theater and national intelligence activity, and support the triage and dissemination of information to the appropriate consumer. Advise the intelligence office, operations officer, and other groups in the planning, coordinating, and submission of intelligence requirements across a variety of interests.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting intelligence collection in the DoD, IC, or law enforcement community

-2+ years of experience with collection management

-Experience with leveraging a variety of data sources, applications, and programs to collect, analyze, and identify potential information of interest

-Experience with drafting documents and presenting information in a clear and accurate manner

-Knowledge of the planning, coordinating, and submission of intelligence requirements

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

-Experience with using SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, and open source reporting and collection requirements
-Experience with collection management tools and databases

-Experience with using Excel and Access databases

-Knowledge of the client's programs and products
-Knowledge of Cyber operations and Cyber targeting processes

-Ability to deliver global situational awareness to support planning, synchronization, decision making, and execution of client missions

-Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks

-BA or BS degree

-Completion of specialized intelligence collection and analysis training, including certifications

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
