Intelligence IT Specialist

Key Role:

Serve as intelligence automation specialist for a military intelligence readiness command and organization with responsibility for all facets of operational automation data processing for its headquarters, MSCs, intelligence elements, 10 CONUS-based intelligence facilities, deployed operations, and systems administration functions. Maintain responsibility for all classified networks, including Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication Systems (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network, including NIPRNET, ARNET, and MI NIPRNET and local and wide area networks. Monitor the availability and performance of classified local and wide area networks while analyzing the development of annual lifecycle management plans and executing lifecycle management plans for intelligence systems outside of PORs to ensure MIRC facilities remain current and force multipliers for training and reach operations. Manage service availability, including ensuring critical intelligence systems are operational and accessible for all classified systems and provide technical network and computer system expertise to successfully meet operational requirements. Develop recommendations to satisfy users' functional intelligence requirements, analyze user requirements, and provide recommendation that address system and network requirements. Function as the primary systems administrator for NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS, as required. This position is located in Camp Parks, CA.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years experience with IT technology for the intelligence community (IC)
-Active TS/SCI clearance required

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with processing, exploitation, and dissemination equipment or systems and architecture
-Experience with DoD circuits

-Experience with thin client technology

-Knowledge of Army MI POR systems, includingTrojan, Prophet, DCGS-A, and IEWTPT

-CCNA or CCNP Certification
