Intelligence Knowledge Manager Developer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint based applications and solutions for a defense client. Work with clients, stakeholders, and project management to analyze business and enterprise requirements, leverage knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. Work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions. Perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities, tools and support content migrations, workflow development, solution deployments, and process management. Leverage Microsoft SharePoint technologies and resolve technical issues and debugging research, and investigation based on expertise with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on expertise and judgment to accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks related to the overall success of the program, and apply a wide degree of creativity in completing delegated tasks. Assist team with training of client workforce in SharePoint developments, and serve as desk-side support, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in intelligence

-2+ years of experience with developing SharePoint solutions in SharePoint 2010 and 2013, including developing with SharePoint technologies

-2+ years of experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML and CSS

-2+ years of experience with .NET C#

-Experience with working on a software development team of project managers, developers, or architects and analyzing and communicating technical issues to a non-technical audience

-Experience with the Agile development methodology

-Ability to develop and design prototypes and mockups based on client requirements

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, preferred
