Intelligence Oversight and Compliance Specialist

Key Role
Support an Air Force client. Ensure Air Force units remain in compliance with all laws, executive orders, DoD, military, and service policies, directives, and regulations for intelligence oversight (IO). Manage processes to verify all Air Force units comprehend and comply with rules regarding IO training and compliant access, use, and handling of data. Determine when additional unit IO training is required to mitigate increased potential for IO incidents during high-risk missions. Ensure all incidents of non-compliance are properly documented and provide guidance, and remediation, when necessary. Mitigate compliance risks by identifying shortcomings and recommending courses of action and changes. The position is located in Fort Meade, MD.

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with Air Force or national client operations
-2+ years of experience as an intelligence oversight officer (IOO), intelligence oversight monitor, intelligence oversight (IO) auditor, or post query reviewer
-Experience as an action officer or program manager at the Wing level or higher
-Knowledge of AF and national client enterprise, policy, structures, organizations, missions, and functions
-Ability to travel, as needed
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with developing or managing ISR policy for the wing level or higher 
-Experience with the national intelligence community, Joint, and DoD structures, organizations, missions, and functions
-Experience with Air Force SIGINT or Cyber operations or policies
-Knowledge of the National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP)
-Knowledge of the IO auditing process

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
