Intelligence Planner

Key Role:
Serve as an all-source intelligence analyst and subject matter expert for a Combatant Command (CCMD) client. Analyze the preparation of operational Cyberspace intelligence and analytical support plans to meet CCMD strategic and operational level objectives and coordinate with Air Force and other Command components, as required. Analyze Joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, including target systems analysis and other intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) products demonstrating in-depth knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs). Coordinate and integrate in conjunction with higher headquarters, components, DoD, interagency, and the intelligence community (IC) to support senior leader decision making. Review and provide intelligence input on strategic and operational plans, contingency plans, operations orders, execution orders, fragmentary orders, strategic operational analysis reports, strategic and operational policy reports, and DoD directives and guidance. Provide subject matter expertise in the intelligence and targeting cycle and intelligence analytic techniques, including trend and pattern analysis. Conduct and validate research and analysis, prepare information papers, decision papers, and briefings to inform government leadership, and plan and attend planning workshops and conferences.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with strategic and operational intelligence planning 
-5+ years of experience with interagency planning and operations 
-5+ years of experience with all-source ISR data analysis and intelligence production
-5+ years of experience with Cyberspace operations
-Experience with Joint targeting 
-Knowledge of complex problem solving
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience at the air operations center (AOC), operations center (OC), or other service component operational level preferred
-Experience with Joint targeting preferred
-Experience with developing and deploying data-driven analytics and event-driven analysis
-Knowledge of Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES), the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP), and the Adaptive Planning and Execution System (APEX)
-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Security, IT, or Computer Engineering preferred
-DoDI 8570 Level II Certification, including Security +, CISSP, CISM, or CEH preferred
