Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Course Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Design and develop interactive courseware for customer training. Develop courseware on the topics of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Convert written material or training requirements to interactive courseware. Develop flow diagrams and storyboards. Design instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media. Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure the technical accuracy of instructional content. Develop manuals, workbooks, and audio/video (A/V) tapes and discs.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with instructional systems design for adult learners

-3+ years of experience with designing e-learning solutions for adult learners

-3 years of experience with developing and delivering formal intelligence training

-Experience with unit level, AOC, Air Force, and MAJCOM duties

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with game design

-Experience with Agile development practices

-Experience with JIRA

-Experience with creating explainer videos

-Experience with designing instruction for military learners

-Experience with Tactics and Adversary Studies Elements (TASE) programs

-Experience with National-Tactical Integration (NTI) programs

-Experience with military exercises, including red and green flag

-Experience with the AF Distributed Common Ground System

-Knowledge of military operations, tactics, and doctrine

-Knowledge of section 508c compliance requirements

-Knowledge of SCORM standards

-Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams

-Ability to work with geographically separated teammates, clients, subject matter experts

-Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Education
