Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Instructor/Journeyman

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of the US Air Force's Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC), Tactics Analysis and Reporting Program (TARP), Tactics and Adversary Studies Element (TASE), and other training activities. Integrate new Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) TTPS into existing courseware. Instruct IIQC, TASE, and other training activities to support adversary threat training. Develop instructional materials and provide instruction, hands-on training, and other related activities to USAF technicians participating in this mission set. Prepare ISR-specific training, including intelligence knowledge and expertise, performance development, training documentation, and other training activities, as directed. Provide instruction, develop training materials, maintain training materials, and assist documentation processes and other related activities. Ensure the integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans.

Basic Qualifications:
-7 years of experience with ISR instruction and operational training management
-6+ years of experience with the military in an intelligence-related field

-Experience with unit level, AOC, C-NAF, and MAJCOM or other service equivalent duties

-Experience with applicable Air Force Instructions, AF TTP 3-1 documents, and other unit training references

-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel

-Ability to complete instructor training successfully, as directed by the host unit
-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Tactics and Adversary Studies Elements (TASE) programs
-Experience with National-Tactical Integration (NTI) programs
-Experience with military exercises, including RED FLAG and GREEN FLAG
-Experience with AF Distributed Common Ground System
-Knowledge of military operations, tactics, and doctrine

-Ability to work on a distributed team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in an operational intelligence related field

-Instructional Design Certification

-Air Force Instructor Certification or equivalent
