Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Instructor

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of the US Air Force's Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) weapon system to develop instructional materials, provide instruction, hands-on training, and other related activities to USAF technicians participating in this mission set. Prepare and present AOC Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD)-specific training, including intelligence knowledge and expertise, performance development, training documentation, and other training activities, as directed. Provide instruction, develop training materials, maintain training materials, and assist documentation processes and other related activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with Air Force intelligence, having achieved a Combat Mission Ready or Mission Ready status in a primary duty position

-5years of experience with supporting site-specific AOD ISRD or a relatable mission-type above wing level or in direct support from the operational level

-Experience with training management required

-Experience with applicable Air Force Instructions, AFTTP 3-1 documents, and other unit training references

-Ability to complete instructor training successfully as directed by the host unit

-TS/SCI clearance

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Combat ISRD, either deployed or from home-station preferred

-Ability to work on a distributed team

-BA or BS degree

-Instructional Design Certification

-Air Force Instructor Certification or equivalent
