Intelligence Trainer Expert

Key Role:

Provide intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, client development, and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces analytical team. Conduct training for individuals and small groups with a wide range of skill sets, capabilities, and intelligence backgrounds, including all source, signal, human, and geospatial intelligence, intelligence exploitation, and Publicly Available Information to introduce custom built analytical tools and their application within the F3EAD targeting methodology. Implement training, including the development, evolution, and maintenance of internal and external programs of instruction covering analytic tools and methodologies, the coordination and compliance of annual community training requirements, and collaboration in identifying and facilitating training opportunities for organization personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with government agencies

-5 years of experience with working at the operational level

-Experience with using current intelligence-related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development and analytic systems, tools, and databases, including ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, M3, TAC, and IC Reach, Skope Web-based tools, and the Skope Signal Intelligence Toolkit

-Experience with the following analytical areas: regional analysis, geo-political analysis, human intelligence analysis, and collection management

-Knowledge of HVI or network targeting methodology and nodal analysis, interrogation and exploitation operations, and other human intelligence missions, including methodologies and systems

-Ability to fully use the F3EAD targeting process

-Ability to hold a valid passport to travel overseas

-Ability to pass the client’s pre-deployment screening requirements to be considered deployable, maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty or combat zones, including to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of military operation or counterthreat intelligence

-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

-Possession of excellent briefing skills
