International Criminal Justice Senior Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for analyzing and managing programs to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals on consulting engagements. Act as the project team leader, including reviewing user or technical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating or tracking project schedules. Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution. Work on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical knowledge of the industry. Act as the in-house expert on specific technologies. Take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital, including developing competency in project and financial management and being involved in managing teams and formulating business strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with international and domestic rule of law, criminal justice, and institutional international development

-Experience with analyzing budgeting, project controls, and risk management and leveraging organizational expertise required

-Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA or MS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to provide project management, general business processes, human resources, general services operations, administrative support, data or records, life support, inventory management, community engagement, and dispute resolution

-Ability to recruit, hire, and maintain a world wide team to work alongside client offices and host nation counterparts

-Possession of excellent leadership skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in International Development, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or Public Policy

-PMP Certification preferred
