International Cyber Strategy Consultant, Lead

Key Role:

Serve as a part of Booz Allen Hamilton's International business with a focus on the MENA region, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Employ analytical expertise, logical reasoning, and inductive problem solving to assess Cybersecurity programs, diagnose Cyber risks and opportunities, and craft Cybersecurity program strategies and roadmaps. Engage and influence Cybersecurity and business leaders across large public and private sector organizations. Lead diverse teams of management consultants and technical experts to develop high-quality, executive-level Cybersecurity deliverables in a fast-paced environment, including serving as primary interface with senior clientele. Lead workstreams and projects, author proposals and intellectual capital, and mentor and manage junior staff.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with advising senior clients and leaders on Cybersecurity strategy

-Experience with assessing and designing Cybersecurity programs from strategic, organizational, and technical perspectives

-Experience with top Cyber standards or frameworks, including the NIST Cybersecurity framework

-Knowledge of the design and implementation of specific security capabilities, including governance, policy, incident response, threat intelligence, security monitoring, and vulnerability management
-Ability to apply standards and frameworks to generate insights and recommendations regarding Cybersecurity programs

-Ability to work on cross-functional teams, including general management consultants and technical or domain experts

-Ability to travel internationally 75% of the time, including up to a month at a time

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing high-end, polished, executive-level PowerPoint decks

-Experience with management consulting

-Experience with project leadership

-Ability to employ inductive reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical expertise to distill and organize insights, develop frameworks, and arrive at data-backed recommendations

-Ability to distill and articulate complex messages for technical and non-technical audiences in oral and written forms

-Ability to provide substantive narrative input into deliverables, proposals, and marketing content

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
