IP Networks and Cyber Operations Instructor

Key Role:
Design and develop or redesign instructional content for Web-based and instructor-led courseware for Internet Protocol (IP) fundamentals and advanced IP concepts. Design and develop instruction to match defined objectives and target audience, master content from existing sources well enough to communicate it, and use design elements, including text and graphics to communicate logical sequence within a lesson. Lead development, outreach, and facilitation programs in support of AirForce Cyber weapon systems. Provide curriculum development support, update program documentation in support of Air Force Cyber weapon systems training, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing course materials. Oversee the design and development of interactive courseware for training using multiple technologies. Review, develop, plan, and provide properly formatted electronic and physical documents, ensure accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of comprehension of curriculum, and work with staff and operators to incorporate new material into current or new courseware. Review and modify all lessons, material, labs, and instruction to ensure it imparts the maximum amount of value in the minimum amount of time.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with instruction in a classroom environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-MA or MS degree in Cybersecurity or 3+ years of experience with IP networks and Cybersecurity in lieu of a degree
-Security+ Certification
-IAM or IAT Level II Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with instructional work
-Experience with curriculum development

-TS/SCI clearance
