ISR Acquisition/Logistics Program Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Provide experienced, qualified subject matter expert support to the government in performing analysis of all airborne and ground ANG ISR system issues and offer resolutions. Represent ANG ISR staff to program managers, financial and budget analysts, item managers, and logisticians at Robins AFB, GA and Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Provide weekly updates to the appropriate ANG Airborne and Ground ISR FAMs, systems offices, and MIP Resources Execution office. Monitor ANG ISR funding levels at the Systems Program Office (SPO) and verify Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) levels, ensuring they are used for the intended purpose. Report findings to ANG MIP Resources Execution POCs.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with ANG ISR systems acquisitions and logistics

-Experience with analyzing and evaluating airborne and ground–based ISR systems to make recommendations on requirements for integration, acquisitions, training, and funding

-Experience with ISR system acquisitions and integration

-Experience with providing acquisition logistics support, including preparing acquisition logistic support documents, staffing papers, reports, and assessments on ISR systems to Air Force (HAF), MAJCOMs, and NGB staffs

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for usage with diverse teams of geographically dispersed professionals

-Possession of excellent client service, problem–solving, analytical, organizational, and planning skills

-BA or BS degree in an acquisition– or logistics–related field.

-PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
