ISR Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Work as a member of an accomplished contractor-government team performing Air Force targeting functions, including translating commander's guidance into targeting objectives and performing target development activities using all-source analysis techniques, such as precision point mensuration and target system analysis. Conduct multi-source research and analysis to optimize weaponizing, force support, execution planning, and assessment. Provide actionable fused, multi-source intelligence analysis with special emphasis on kinetic effects against a variety of target systems. Produce all-source intelligence products in support of current and future operational planning efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert on all kinetic targeting issues, and participate in Air Force and Joint forums representing the client's interest in target analysis. Participate in Commander Naval Force (CNF), Air component, and crisis action response exercises and real-world contingencies. Articulate unique collection requirements needed for targeting analysis supported by the client. Coordinate with other client elements and intelligence community entities to develop and provide comprehensive intelligence and products needed to support planning activities. This position is located at Langley AFB, VA and Nellis AFB, NV.


Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with assessing or integrating multi-source, multi-intelligence, including open-source to produce targeting products or services
-Experience with foreign threat systems and systems of systems
-Experience with unit level, AOC, C-NAF, and MAJCOM or other service equivalent targeted duties
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel
-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Intelligence, International Studies, CS, or Engineering and 6+ years of experience with intelligence or targeting related work


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Joint targeting assignments, preferred
-Experience with point mensuration or certifications
-Experience with tools, including Socet GXP, CGS, JEMS, JTT, and ArcGIS
-Knowledge of Joint military operations, tactics, and doctrine

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-MA or MS degree in an operational intelligence related field
-Graduate of Service or Joint Targeting Course
