ISR Instructor, Senior

Key Role:
Work as a member of an accomplished government contracting team to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in target system analysis and serve as the senior training lead. Perform AF targeting functions, including target development activities using all-source analysis techniques, such as target system analysis. Conduct multi-source research and analysis to optimize weaponeering, force support, execution planning, and assessment. Provide actionable fused, multi-source intelligence analysis with special emphasis on kinetic effects against a variety of target systems. Participate in CNAF, Air Component, and crisis action response exercises and real-world contingencies. Direct, plan, and guide training efforts across analysis and targeting tasks. Provide oversight, quality control, and delivery of initial qualification training (IQT), mission qualification training (MQT), continuation training (CT), and on-the-job training (OJT).

Basic Qualifications:
-12 years of experience with ISR instruction and operational intelligence
-10 years of experience with assessing and integrating multi-source multi-intelligence, including open-source to produce targeting products and services
-5 years of experience with conducting target system analysis (TSA) and producing TSA products in accordance with intelligence community (IC) analytic tradecraft standards
-Experience with foreign threat systems and systems of systems
-Experience with unit level, AOC, C-NAF, and MAJCOM or other service equivalent targeteer duties
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree and 6+ years of experience with intelligence or targeting or 10 years of experience with intelligence or targeting in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Joint targeting assignments preferred
-Experience with point mensuration
-Experience with tools, including Socet GXP, CGS, JEMS, JTT, and ArcGIS
-Knowledge of Joint military operations, tactics, and doctrine
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in a related operational intelligence field
-Graduate of a Service or Joint Targeting Course
-Point Mensuration Certification
