ISR Programming, Execution, and Systems Support Analyst

Key Role:

Provide experienced, qualified subject matter expert support for the government in performing analysis of all airborne and ground ANG ISR systems and offer recommendations to program support for ANG ISR Program Elements (PEs) and Military Intelligence Program (MIP) Execution Support. Provide analytical support to the ANG ISR staff on the draft, interpretation, and implementation of policies and procedures needed for effective planning, programming, and budgeting of ANG ISR resources in conjunction with the budget cycle and the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP). Work with the ANG ISR PEMs on the planning, organizing, and oversight of the ANG ISR portion of the AF POM, including ensuring that operational ANG ISR requirements are met within fiscal constraints. Provide ANG leadership with the broadest range of programming alternatives by balancing resources among ANG ISR mission areas and feasibility as it relates to known or anticipated Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) decisions, ensuring compatibility with Air Force strategy, policies, concepts, and objectives and Congressional decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with ISR systems support

-Experience with analyzing and evaluating airborne and ground–based ISR systems to make recommendations on requirements for integration, acquisitions, training, and funding

-Experience with preparing support documents, staffing papers, reports, and assessments on ISR systems to ISR PEMs and leadership

-Experience with conducting cost comparison and benefits analyses of current or projected programs and developing life cycle cost analysis for ISR PEMs and leadership

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to travel between program management sites.

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for usage with diverse teams of geographically dispersed professionals

-Possession of excellent client service, problem–solving, analytical, organizational, and planning skills

-BA or BS degree in an acquisition– or logistics–related field

-PMP, Certified Cost Professional (CCP), or other relevant DoD recognized Financial Management Certification
