ISR Requirements and Assessment Manager

Key Role: 

Serve as a United States European Command (USEUCOM) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) strategist. Provide the EUCOM with subject matter expertise regarding intelligence collection systems, capabilities, processes, and policies by developing and presenting products and briefings. Design, coordinate, and help implement comprehensive ISR strategy, plans, and assessments analysis. Support the building of deterrence collection strategies, including integration of partner nation collection capabilities to develop creative and divergent ISR strategies supporting indications and warning. Develop and help implement ISR assessment methodologies designed to measure the effectiveness of collection operations. Collaborate with the EUCOM directorates, components, and the larger intelligence community to assist with the identification of intelligence gaps and propose and develop ISR collection strategies for EUCOM’s consideration designed to overcome identified collection challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with military or national intelligence analysis or collection management

-3+ years of experience with the Geospatial Information Management System (GIMS)

-Experience with multi-INT collection requirements, including management, strategic and operational collection, theater and national-level collection resources, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) asset capabilities

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the United States, NATO, and European ally collection capabilities

-Experience in writing Senior Reconnaissance Operations (SRO) analyses and products

-Ability to perform shift work, if requested by US government

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent presentation skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Geospatial Information Management System (GIMS) Certification
