ISSO Team Lead

Key Role:
Support RMF and DIACAP accreditation processes. Apply comprehension of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting to the entire security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Maintain responsibility for analyzing and finalizing Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, and compliance artifacts or standards that support government and industry security compliance and systems accreditation and management. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assist with achieving full compliance with any and all laws and regulations. Act as a leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with IT or Cybersecurity
-Experience with RMF and DIACAP accreditation processes
-Knowledge of NIST SP 800
-Ability to apply project management and technical writing expertise
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-CISSP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with systems assessment and authorization
-Experience with data-write and cross-domain data transfer processes

-Knowledge of CIRT processes and data spill cleanup procedures

-BS degree in CS
-PMP Certification

-DoD 8140 or 8570 Level 3 Certification, including CISSP or CISM

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
