IT Business Process Modeler/Analyst

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of IT and work with client IT organizations to study their mission, value proposition, strategic focus, and stakeholder requirements and then envision, define, design, develop, and deploy measures for improvement. Participate in analyzing system requirements, manage process change requests, and advise on the authoring of IT Infrastructure (ITI) system administration documentation. Interact directly with the client to capture and evaluate how their business and functional system requirements will impact the ITI management processes and systems. Advise the ITI design engineer by providing input for any stage of the system development life cycle, as necessary. Provide work leadership for lower level employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working in a collaborative consulting environment

-Experience with business processes, business process re-engineering, organizational change management, or human capital management

-Experience with developing business process analysis methodologies to evaluate, standardize, document, and implement improvements to business processes using modeling applications, including Microsoft Visio and ARIS

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word to develop creative client-ready products

-Knowledge of business process modeling solutions

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

-Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, very collaborative work environment and work with the team to achieve consensus

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with national space business processes
