IT Continous Process Improvement Specialist

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of inventory and order management, commercial and government practices, with a focus on SAP oil and gas expertise for a DoD agency. Analyze the agency's oil and gas related processes, including their ability to fully leverage the capabilities of the agency’s project or accounting system. Apply business process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct major, enterprise-wide business process evaluation and modernization projects. Serve as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration and coordination of effort. Provide guidance and multi-disciplined professional leadership to evaluate the client’s needs and create cost-effective solutions. Provide Green Belt and Awareness course instruction, student mentoring, and project coaching and strategic guidance and assistance with deploying CPI throughout the agency's CIO organization. Serve as a project facilitator during the preparation, execution, and post events for CPI projects and events.

Basic Qualifications:

-20 years of experience in DLA oil and gas related processes, enterprise mission area-specific functional product and process requirements analysis, systems analysis and design and engineering, and documentation

-Experience in specified mission-areas or business processes at a senior level

-Experience with conducting formal presentations

-Ability to work independently or with only general guidance and direction

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business Management

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in Business Management
