IT Infra Program Analyst

Key Role:

Support the NMCI Order-to-Payment process, including ordering, invoicing, validating, reconciling, and reporting move, add, or change requests. Use common NMCI support tools, including Integrated Solutions Framework (ISF) tools, eMarketplace (eMp), NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET), Requirements to Award Process Tool (RAPT), DoN Applications and Database Management System (DADMS), and various commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools. Manage NMCI accounts, e-mail requests, and file shares. Facilitate communications and guidance regarding contract transition, process improvements, strategic planning, and coordination of services. Process and support NMCI requirements fulfillment, legacy application, server and network transition process, and validation and management. Assist with Requirements Award Process Tool (RAPT) requests and monitoring and provide application and deployment requirements analysis. Coordinate IT asset management via NET and delivery and data reconciliation for over 12,000 Navy domain seat services belonging to up to 50 geographically dispersed subordinate commands and more than 87 task orders to ensure appropriate life cycle management and determine end of life for each seat.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with analytical support of DoN clients in a Customer Technical Representative (CTR) role

-Experience in working with Navy NMCI, including processes, services, and tools

-Experience in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Chief Information Office (CIO) support

-Experience with project management

-Experience with Navy command organization and IT infrastructure

-Experience with Navy enterprise network environments

-Knowledge of DoN IT procurement systems

-Ability to collaborate within a team environment while meeting strict deadlines and keeping the overall project on schedule

-Ability to develop reports, briefs, executive summary memorandums, and standard operating procedures

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-BA or BS degree preferred

-ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
