IT Portfolio Management Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Work with a high-performing, dynamic team to develop innovative IT portfolio management solutions for a client agency. Analyze the development of customized artifacts, templates, guidance, training, and analytic tools to mature client processes. Provide consultative support to the client by developing portfolio analyses to help them gain greater transparency into their IT investment portfolio and to identify optimization opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IT management and strategy, including Chief Information Officer (CIO) consulting, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), IT portfolio management, program or project management, enterprise architecture, and process improvement

-Experience with the federal IT budget process and federal guidance, including Circular A-11, A-130, Clinger-Cohen, and the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)

-Experience with research, gathering data, conducting quantitative analysis, and presenting analytical findings

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the Technology Business Management (TBM) taxonomy and framework

-Ability to work independently to drive thought leadership within a high-volume client environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software

-Experience with data management and strategy

-Experience with developing and implementing IT management frameworks

-Knowledge of change management frameworks, including the transformation life cycle (TLC)

-Knowledge of current federal IT strategic priorities, including Cybersecurity, Cloud hosting, shared services, legacy system modernization, and data center optimization

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Public Trust clearance
