That’s why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we formulate analysis of a budget and program plan, develop acquisition documentation, monitor task execution, mitigate risk and collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation to support all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office. You’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like PSNet, ACS, IDS, and audio and video teleconference systems, network infrastructure, and GPON and have daily interactions assisting DoD clients prepare for program-level meetings, briefings or conference, or meeting summaries for program wide distribution. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll provide support for the assessment of current programs, including management initiatives, IT, program integration, cost benefit analysis, and metrics development and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to directly improve the DoD by developing program strategy and eliminate risks across projects. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with Navy IT, network, and communications systems infrastructure

-Knowledge of NMCI, PSNet, ACS, IDS, AV and VTC systems, telephony, network infrastructure, and GPON

-Ability to coordinate with government organizations, including telephony, NMCI, CNIC, and NAVFAC to identify required facility technology and infrastructure

-Ability to document and finalize a design for facility IT, network, and communications systems

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
