IT Project Manager, Mid

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for providing IT technical support to a specified group of customers within a larger organization, including providing support consisting of a combination of Tier I help desk and hands-on tasks involving the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, planning, testing, and troubleshooting, and administration or processing of service requests and account creation. Create accounts for new users, conduct transfers and reactivations, and move, install, and set up IT hardware including scanners, laptops, and desktops. Install software and process non-standard customer move, add, or change requests. Create order justifications following a standardized process and investigate customer IT issues. Create and submit purchase requests for new items and maintain asset management using .NET and a custom local application. Support technology refreshes and application testing initiatives and provide one-on-one user training. Analyze the development of user training materials, including "Tier 0" self-help guides. This position is located in Bremerton, WA.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with a government organization, including the DoD
-Experience in working with IT hardware and software
-Ability to communicate technical issues to a broad range of customers effectively
-Active Secret clearance 
-HS diploma or GED

 Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including prioritizing a daily work schedule in keeping with productivity standards
