IT Property Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for managing the day-to-day logistics and operations of legacy IT systems and applications. Perform tasks, including reconciling hardware parts and quantities, tracking the status and maintenance of parts, and troubleshooting issues. Assist clients with balancing resources, requirements, goals, and objectives. Maintain responsibility for administrative duties that support warehouse operations, including tracking and receiving inventory, documenting and tracking information in the property management system, prioritizing daily tasks, and any other miscellaneous tasks required to support the client mission. Facilitate or participate in client meetings and conference calls and leverage thorough knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations. 


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with government property management

-Experience with inventory management systems

-Experience with vendor management and invoicing

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications

-Knowledge of government installation property

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED required


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to provide operational and maintenance of calibration equipment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for incident response documentation
