IT Specialist

Key Role:

Perform account management, creation, and provisioning in Active Directory and perform desktop engineering support to the enterprise. Assist and educate users on proper techniques for system operation and log all incidents, requests, questions, tasks, and projects into the ticketing system. Provide phone support and remote troubleshooting of client issues and end-user software troubleshooting and support. Provide iPhone support to the client, including iOS upgrades and device troubleshooting. Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions and maintain the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures. Move computer equipment to support office moves, as requested. Support the client with security requirements, including STIG and SCAP scans and interface with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with IT systems administration

-Experience with Windows 10 operating system

-Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft IT technologies

-Experience with documenting IT troubleshooting processes

-Experience with troubleshooting iOS devices

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD IT security requirements

-Experience with Joint Navigation Warfare Center

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred

-Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Certification
