IT Strategist, Mid

Key Role:

Work independently as a member of a team servicing Marine Corps clients with information management (IM), some enterprise architecture (EA), Microsoft SharePoint design, and business process modeling (BPM). Capture business requirements, document business processes, and support the development of process guide documentation. Conduct process improvement discussions with government and military SMEs. Analyze existing process models, incorporate changes based on SME discussions, and make recommendations for improvements. Analyze system architecture products and make recommendations for process improvements and IT portfolio efficiencies. Coordinate input from existing architecture and documentation, SME discussions, and leadership reviews. Compile data, conduct data analysis, and produce reports or briefs to visually represent the data.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with business architecture or business process model analysis, including DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

-Experience with problem solving by thinking analytically to develop solutions based on the problems identified and implementing these solutions

-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher and Adobe products, including Photoshop and Acrobat Pro

-Experience with technical writing

-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing operational and systems views, including business process models (BPMs)

-Knowledge of applicable federal, DOD, and USMC policies related to Marine Corps Installations

-Microsoft Certification, including MCSA Office 365 or MCSE Productivity a plus
