IT Strategist, Senior

Key Role:
Provide technical project management for the oversight and delivery of IT operations and provide consultation and strategic guidance to client senior staff in project planning, tracking, and risk management. Analyze process and reengineering by leveraging knowledge of technical problems and solutions, as they relate to the current and future business environment. Support enterprise-level IT strategy development, including technology road map development, technology portfolio analysis, and establishment of governance bodies and processes. Work with the leadership team to identify, analyze, and implement client requirements to meet IT objectives. Provide material, lead client briefings, and provide daily project status to stakeholders. Monitor and direct the workflow of smaller strategic consulting projects or segments of larger projects, including the design of project plans. Support practice development initiatives, and supervise and review the work of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with strategic management and program management
-7+ years of experience with delivering professional services in the areas of transformation, change management, program management, and performance management
-4+ years of experience with managing complex development projects
-3+ years of experience with business process improvement, including leveraging a formal methodology, such as Lean Six Sigma
-Experience with leading, planning, and managing complex tasks and daily client interaction
-Experience with delivering executive-level facilitation, coaching, and mentoring
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Army Signal Corps, including 25A or FA53
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
-MBA or MS degree in Business, Management, Cyber, IT, or CS
-ITIL v.3 Foundations Certification
-Program Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
