Joint Test Analyst Lead

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, evaluate, and monitor extremely complex or highly sensitive foreign and domestic systems and instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes. Perform all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis to determine the characteristics of various systems and functions of instrumentation. Provide project leadership to ensure timely execution of all contract tasks and completion of deliverable products. Lead the planning, scheduling, and integration of all test activities into the project master plan. Provide planning and execution expertise to support scheduled table top exercises and field test events.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with defense systems analysis methods, procedures, and processes and the development of detailed test plans and test and evaluation report analysis

-Experience with managing contractor personnel administration, establishing work priorities, and developing resource utilization plans

-Experience with managing the accomplishment of task order requirements and reacting to short-notice personnel requirements

-Knowledge of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and military exercise planning
-Knowledge of United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), and United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) roles and responsibilities relevant to nuclear command and control (NC2) strategic communications systems and procedures

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with joint or operational test and evaluation (T&E)  

-Experience with NC2 operations

Clearance:
