Joint Test Operations Research Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for operations research and systems analysis in support of Joint Test and evaluation, including data collection and analysis planning, test issue resolution, post-test data analysis, and report preparation and production. Analyze operational test activities and use advanced knowledge of mathematics, statistical, and engineering methods in determining solutions to complex problems. Develop and refine data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure all test data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet test objectives. Maintain responsibility of detailed problem statement, test issues, sub-issues and measures, and reports any requirement for modifications. Coordinate with test management, exercise and test planning, and data management on incorporating analysis methodologies and analysis requirements into Detailed Test Plans (DTPs) and Data Management and Analysis Plans (DMAPs). Work with standard statistical software packages, JMP specifically, and Microsoft Excel.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in operations research and systems analysis

-Experience in dendritic decomposition of test issues for military test events

-Experience developing measures of performances (MOPs) and measures of effectiveness (MOEs)

-Experience with Data management and analysis plans

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Joint Test or Operational Test Agency (OTA)

-Experience with Combatant Command or Service Component, preferred

-Experience with SIGINT and or Electronic Warfare Operations, preferred

-Experience with developing detailed Test Plans

Clearance:
