KC-46 Life Cycle Management Process Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:
Provide onsite life cycle management support and data reconciliation for the KC-46 Web-based Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE). Work as a subject matter expert, applying expertise in and technical knowledge of research, process definition, interfacing, and training with the client and contractor teams, including supporting air mobility command and Air Force life cycle management center and using the KC-46 LCMP-IDE. Facilitate the incorporation of the aircraft maintenance data into LCMP-IDE. Work directly with the maintenance organization personnel and integrated product teams, establish contacts at each location, including providing LCMP-IDE oversight for those locations. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, including providing program training to users and ensuring current configuration data within the KC-46 LCMP-IDE, as needed. Coordinate and integrate client preferences and requirements with other geographically separated teams supporting LCMP-IDE and coordinating systems needs within KC-46 program management office, field maintenance units, and USAF organizations using LCMP-IDE. This position is located at Pease Air Force Base, NH.


Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of Web applications and Microsoft SharePoint
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with aircrew operations or aircraft maintenance a plus
-Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
-Top Secret clearance preferred
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience with aircraft life cycle management
