Knowledge Management SharePoint Developer

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for the design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of SharePoint custom solutions to support business processes using SharePoint 2013 out-of-the-box capabilities, SharePoint Designer 2013, and other 365 tools. Comprehend SharePoint 2013 technologies, the different out-of-the-box Web parts and their functionalities, and support day-to-day operations and administration of the organization's internal sites. Review Web sites for adherence to organization specifications and standards, troubleshoot system problems, as needed, and work with clients, stakeholders, or the project manager to analyze business and enterprise requirements, applying knowledge of and expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and O365 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. Work on a team to execute software development life cycle activities collaboratively, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions and create design documents, and perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, solution deployments, and process management. Leverage Microsoft SharePoint technologies and resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation based on experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in a particular field. Rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks for the overall success of the program, and apply a wide degree of creativity in completing delegated tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with SharePoint 2010 and 2013 technologies, SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security
-2+ years of experience with governing content for Web content management systems, including intranet sites
-Experience with HTML, style sheet, caml, xml, xslt, and JavaScript
-Experience with gathering user requirements and writing design documents
-Knowledge of Web design principles
-Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
-Ability to comprehend the big picture and identify and resolve key issues
-HS diploma or GED 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with UX principles and design 
-Experience with building workflows
-Experience with integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft Office 365 technologies, including PowerBI, Flow, Forms, and Excel
-Experience with the implementation of SharePoint Collaboration tools, including forums and issues lists
-Experience in working with Agile Scrum project team development environments
-Ability to identify user functional requirements and develop and maintain client relationships 
-Ability to develop and design prototypes based on client requirements
-Possession of excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills 
-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-BA or BS degree in CS or an IT-related field 
-SharePoint 2010 or 2013 Certification
