Knowledge Manager and Agile Scrum Leader

Key Role:

Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Knowledge Management (KM) workspaces, and leading engineering staff towards the use of KM tools and methodologies in an Agile setting. Work with the lead engineering staff to define, and create tasking to ensure that critical knowledge artifacts are generated and task execution is successfully completed to ensure mission success. Provide facilitation, training support, and content management development. Create custom graphical view and manage dynamic changes directed by senior leadership within the KM workspace. Serve as an Agile Scrum lead, implement Agile best practices, and act as a key leader of the program management team. Direct interface with senior leadership in the firm, clients, and other stakeholders to communicate program status and milestones.


Basic Qualifications: 

-5+ years of experience with providing Agile project management involving software engineering programs and staff

-4+ years of experience with using KM tools and Agile methods in a professional work environment

-2+ years of experience with KM system administration in developer collaboration tools, including the DI2E Framework, including Confluence, BitBucket, JIRA, and JIRA Query Language (JQL)

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project

-Experience with project delivery using Agile framework, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, SAFe, or LeSS in the role of a Scrum Master or delivery facilitator

-Experience with maintaining project policies, training and guidelines, and overseeing project development

-Knowledge of developing custom database scripts, macros, queries, and graphical interfaces

-Ability to lead and scope test events and manage staff cadence to ensure successful software unit, regression, and security testing

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Ability to work independently and in a team setting

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy of information

-Knowledge Management, Business Process Reengineering, or Change Management

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

-Active Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

-CKM, Lean Six Sigma, and CMAP Certification

-Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or Product Owner Certification (CSPO)
