Knowledge Manager and SharePoint Designer, Mid

Key Role:
Work with government organizations to analyze the envisioning, defining, designing, and providing of SharePoint administrative support under limited supervision. Apply expertise in supporting day-to-day operations and administration of a large IT directorate's internal and external Web sites. Support Web administration and design, including assisting with project management, such as management activities for the office, design and implementation of the office document repositories, such as various technologies, and design and implementation of SharePoint sites and pages for office groups, as needed. Provide document storage and management for the directorate. Interact directly with the client to capture and evaluate how their business and knowledge management requirements will impact the current client systems. Assist with supporting the client by providing input on any stage of the knowledge management and development life cycle, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with Web technologies and knowledge management
-2+ years of experience with SharePoint designer
-Experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with adapting to changing priorities and responding to ad-hoc requests
-Experience with leading and directing small teams
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the intelligence community (IC) preferred
-Experience with SharePoint Designer 2013
-Ability to pay strict attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task and be proactive
-Ability to build trust with clients and maintain excellent working relationships with onsite staff, including daily contact with client and leadership staff
-Ability to advise and assist with a design group’s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s online offerings
-Possession of excellent organizational skills
