Knowledge Manager, Senior

Key Role:
Assist with the development and maintenance of databases and automated diagnostic tools to manage the compilation of national intelligence priorities. Create custom graphical views, capture stakeholder positions throughout priority deliberations, and manage underlying intelligence information needs. Maintain and help to manage the priority weighting application and serve in a configuration management and quality assurance capacity to identify and advise on potential priorities creep. Improve and tailor existing applications to communicate priorities to stakeholders. Analyze and maintain procedures and supporting documentation to manage all applications. Design and conduct evaluations to assess the output of collection activities, intelligence production, and mission impact for national intelligence priorities. Work with stakeholders to help manage priorities and produce reports incorporating text and graphics that convey complex concepts in comprehensible terms.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with database technologies and diagnostic tools
-3+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community (IC)
-Experience with supporting senior officials in a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to manage competing priorities

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with data analysis and methodological research supporting IC collection or analytic issue assessments
-3+ years of experience with designing and developing databases and other applications on IC computer networks
-Experience with designing, testing, and managing IT tools to support assessments on how IC collection and analytic products are aligned to intelligence needs, the IC's responsiveness to requirements and changes in priorities, and the IC's reliance on different types of intelligence collection
-Experience with conducting data extraction, parsing, manipulation, and storage and quantitative and qualitative analysis based on a large volume of data from various IC databases

-Knowledge of developing custom database scripts, queries, and graphical interfaces related to IC priority or requirement management systems
-Knowledge of tools in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, operations research, survey design and analysis, election analysis, or IT

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
