Knowledge Manager

Key Role:

Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities and leading engineering staff towards the use of KM tools and methodologies in an Agile setting. Work with the lead engineering staff to define and create tasking to ensure that critical knowledge artifacts are generated and task execution is successfully completed to ensure mission success. Provide facilitation, training support, and content management development. Create custom graphical view and manage dynamic changes directed by senior leadership within the KM capabilities. Interface directly with senior leadership in the firm, clients, and other stakeholders to communicate program status and milestones.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting high performing teams in a high ops tempo environment

-Experience with leading knowledge management for a large IT services program

-Experience with Amazon Web Services and US government Commercial Cloud Services (C2S)

-Knowledge of US government enterprise infrastructure, US government security standards, DevOps and Agile methodologies, and IT Service Management principles

-Ability to lead all facets of a task to success

-Ability to commute to Arlington, VA

-Top Secret clearance


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Java applications and Oracle databases

-Ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions around knowledge management

-Ability to leverage knowledge management to support user "self-help" capabilities

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

-AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
